Steps:
Sign in to Webex
- Open the Webex app on your computer.
- Enter your StarID@minnstate.edu.
- Follow the prompts to complete sign-in.
- Once signed in, you’ll have access to messaging, meetings, and calling features.
Note:
New users may see a message stating their account is not activated during their first login attempt.
- You may be prompted to click a link to resend the activation email.
- The email may indicate that the link has expired.
- This is expected behavior. Please wait a few minutes, then try signing in again.
- After a short delay, your account should finish activating and allow you to log in successfully
Incorrect Phone Number on Desk Phone
If your phone number is displayed incorrectly:
- Email: helpdesk@nhcc.edu
- Include your name, correct number, and a brief description of the issue.
Incorrect Name on Desk Phone
If your name is displayed incorrectly on your device:
- Email: helpdesk@nhcc.edu
- Include your correct name and device details.
Reset or Set Up Voicemail PIN (Webex Calling)
From Your Phone
- Press the Voicemail button on your phone.
- Enter your current PIN when prompted. The default PIN is 741166.
- Follow the prompts to create a new PIN and complete the setup.
From the Webex User Portal
- Go to user.webex.com.
- Sign in with your StarID@minnstate.edu account.
- Click Settings.
- Select Calling.
- Choose Voicemail.
- Click Reset Voicemail PIN.
- Follow the prompts to create a new PIN.
