  • Follow these steps add captions to your MediaSpace videos

Steps: 

To request professional captioning after uploading your video(s) to Kaltura MediaSpace – in either https://mediaspace.nhcc.edu or https://mediaspace.minnstate.edu follow the instructions on the screen shots below when you are logged in.

 

Step 1: Click on the desired video title.


Click on the Desired File

 

 

Step 2: Under the video, click on the Actions drop down menu and select Caption and Enrich.

Under the video, click on the Actions drop down and select Captions & Enrich

Step 3: Select Professional from the drop down menu. Click on the Submit button. You will receive email that provides you when the submission is requested, approved, and completed.

 

Select professional from the drop down menu, click on the Submit button after.
