Question:

  • How do I forward my calls from my desk phone to my mobile phone?

Steps:
 

Forward calls From Your Desk Phone

  • Looking at your desk phone, select "Forward All" - bottom right option on your phone screen
  • Dial the number you would like all calls forwarded too
    • You must dial 9-1 and then the full 10 digit number
  • You can also forward calls directly to your voicemail by pressing the Voicemail key to forward your calls directly into voicemail
  • You turn off forwarding by selecting "Forward Off" - can be found in the same bottom right corner of the screen

While on a University provided Wi-Fi or wired internet connection, you can access the web portal to manage or listen to your voicemail – Link

  • Note: To access the Web Interface off-campus from a university issued laptop, you will need to be connected through the VPN

You can log in using your StarID credentials

Click on the Call Forwarding menu then:

  • Select your line.
  • Check the “Forward all calls to:” box.
  • Select “Add a new number” option from the drop down box and type in your forward number. See image below for example

Call Forward

  • Click Save
    Note: - You can forward your line to your co-worker extension or department line by typing last four digit of the number. Check with your supervisor before you proceed. Voicemail option is similar to DND without single ring. Test your line from different phone
