Problem: The stream specified is not reachable. Please check source URL or restart the stream
- Getting error message when you stream live Nursing video using Firefox browser
Resolution:
- Go to sim.nhcc.edu using Firefox browser.
- Login with your StarID credentials.
- Click Video.
- On right side panel select Live.
- Click on camera bed
- Click on icon next to certificate icon
- Click on "block audio" to the right of "Autoplay" and change to "allow Audio and Video."
- Once you change to "Allow Audio and Video", refresh the page and the video will start working

With this minor change to Firefox browser faculty and students can view live stream from on campus or off campus.
