Article Type: How To connect to Call Center Cisco Finesse Desktop
Resolution: The computer must be on our network or connected using VPN
Steps:
- Open IP communicator application
- Using FireFox or Chrome browser, navigate to Finesse Desktop. Accept any security or certificate related warnings.
Note:- The Agent Login dialog box appears below
- In the ID field enter your StarID
- In the Password field enter your StarID password
- In the Extension field enter the 10 digit extension number displayed on your IP phone
- Click “Sign in"

Have Cisco AnyConnect VPN, IP communicator, then Cisco Finesse loaded in order if you are connecting from off campus.
