Question: Where do I go if I am having problems with my account that my book publisher manages?

  • Are you having trouble accessing publisher eBook and other content from your Brightspace courses? In most cases, you will need to contact the customer support of the eBook you are using.

    1. Go to nhcc.redshelf.com
    2. Click on "Log In" in the uppper right hand corner.
    3. Either "Create an Account" or if you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot    Password" link.
    4. Find the code printed on your NHCC Bookstore receipt.
    5. Enter the code into the "Redeem Code" text box.
