Resolution:

  • Follow these steps below to send or receive faxes off campus

Steps: 

  • Step 1) If working remotely, first connect to the University Network with Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
  • Step 2) Go to https://rightfax.nhcc.edu/rightfax/user/ using Microsoft Edge or Firefox browser
  • Step 3) Accept the Certificate window
  • Step 4) Enter your StarID credentials and click Continue.
