Laptop Not Holding a Charge

Problem: 

• The laptop isn’t charging.

Steps: 

1. Unplug any power cables from the laptop.
2. Turn off the laptop.
3. Take out the battery if you’re able to slide it out (If this is an NHCC owned device, do not remove the battery or attempt to take apart device)
4. Hold the power button for 30-60 seconds.
5. Turn the laptop back on and see if it’s charging.
