How to Change Applications plan in ImageNow/Perceptive

Learn how to change applications to scan documents to different drawers or if you want your documents merged or unmerged

Question:

• I am getting a “Cannot find application plan that matches (ISRS/Application Window) when printing from my computer (not scanning station)

Answer:

• Change your Application Plan inside ImageNow to the application plan your department uses to link documents inside ImageNow/Perceptive

 

Steps: 

1. From your ImageNow Toolbar, select the drop down next to applications

2. Select the application plan your department uses to link documents. You will get a new window that you can close out of. Continue to printing your ImageNow document.
