The Minnesota State system office offers a Knowledge Base for D2L Brightspace users, including students, faculty, trainers, campus site admins, and other technical support staff. The Minnesota State Learning Technologies Team provides a variety of Knowledge Articles, including: commonly asked questions, how-to processes, and best practices within D2L Brightspace. The Knowledge Base is searchable within SharePoint, providing users with on-demand resources available any time of day.
