Printer - printing thick paper

Problem: 

• There are smudges on the paper when I print thick paper using the main tray.

Resolution: 

1. You will need to go into your printer settings and update the paper type.
2. Search for printers and scanners on your computer.
3. Click on the printer you're printing to and click "manage."
4. Click on "printer properties."
5. Under the General tab click on "Preferences."
6. Click on the "Paper" tab.
7. Make sure the "Paper Type" is changed to "Heavy Paper."
