Conference Phone Reservation Request

Overview

• Technology Services provides and configures conference speakerphones for on campus meetings, conferences, etc.
• Conference phones are used for the greatest clarity during a conference call.
• Event and Meeting Reservations must be made in advance in Online Reservation System
• Faculty, staff and on-campus organizations are eligible to request this service.

• Ensures that all audio conference attendees can hear and be heard clearly
• Allows an off-site individual to call in for a meeting
• Conference Bridge Setup - MeetMe allows up to 16 callers to join meeting.
• Cost-effective way to conduct meetings with remote attendees

• Event and Meeting Reservations space for all meetings and events, including conference calls, must be reserved in advance.
