Technology Event Request Setup

Overview

  • Technology Services provides the technology and capability to host a successful on-campus event.
  • Requestors must reserve an event space using our Online Reservation System prior to submitting this request.
  • A separate Facilities Request is needed for room setup & furniture arrangement
  • Faculty, staff and on-campus organizations are eligible to reserve event equipment and request event setup.
  • Please make one request for any recurring events. Please include all event dates and times.
  • Wi-Fi access for event attendees available on request.
