• How do I use automatic live transcription in Zoom?

Answer:

1. Start or join a Zoom meeting as a host (see this article for more information)
2. At the bottom of the Zoom window, press the Live Transcript button
   
   NOTE: If you don't see this button, look for the option under the More button
   
3. Press the Enable Auto-Transcription button under Live Transcript
   
4. To view the text on your screen as you speak, click the up arrow on the Live Transcript button, then Show Subtitle
   

NOTE: If you would like to prevent attendees from saving a copy of the transcript, you can change that setting at My Settings - Zoom under In Meeting - Advanced by clicking the toggle for Save Captions.
