How To
Problem:
My wireless connection is not working.
Steps:
For
iOS
:
Open your
Wi-Fi
menu in
Settings
Tap the remembered network
Tap
Forget this Network
Return to your
Wi-Fi
menu and tap the network again
Use login credentials, username:
email address
and enter your
StarID
password
.
For Android:
Open
Settings
on your device, and
tap
on the
WiFI
icon to access WiFi network options.
Tap and hold
the
WiFi network
you want to delete, then
select
Forget Network
from the menu that appears
.
