  • How do I schedule my Zoom meeting with the Zoom room PC?

Steps:

  1. Create a Zoom Meeting:

    • Open the Zoom application on your device.
    • Sign in with your Zoom account credentials.
    • Click on the "Schedule" button to create a new meeting.
    • Fill in the meeting details such as topic, date, time, and duration.
    • Click "Save" to generate the Zoom meeting link.
  2. Create an Appointment in Outlook:

    • Open Outlook on your device.
    • Go to the calendar view and click on "New Appointment."
  3. Enter Meeting Details:

    • Title: Enter your class name in the "Title" field.
    • Required: In the "Required" field, enter the classroom you're trying to schedule.
    • Start and End Time: Update the start time and end time for your meeting. If this is a recurring meeting, set the recurrence pattern.
  4. Add Zoom Link:

    • Location: Paste your Zoom meeting link in the "Location" field.
  5. Send the Invitation:

    • Once all the details are filled in, click "Send."
    • Your meeting will now be scheduled with the Zoom Room PC.
If you're scheduling the meeting via Outlook web make sure the Teams meeting is turned off.

NOTES:

  • Zoom will start your meeting automatically at the scheduled start time. However, you can also choose to start the meeting earlier on the calendar list on the Zoom Room PC.
