Question: 

  • How do I schedule my Zoom meeting with the Zoom room PC?

Steps:

  1. Create a Zoom meeting
  2. Create an appointment in Outlook
  3. Put your class name in the "Title" field
  4. Put in the classroom you're trying to schedule within the "Required" field
  5. Update the Start time and end time, you can also make it a recurring meeting
  6. Put your Zoom link in the location field
  7. Hit send and your meeting will now be scheduled with the Zoom Room pc
If you're scheduling the meeting via Outlook web make sure the Teams meeting is turned off.

NOTES:

  • Zoom will start your meeting automatically at the scheduled start time. You will also have the option to start the meeting earlier on the calendar list on the Zoom Room PC.
