Accountable for managing the process and metrics for a service
Responsible for process documentation
Responsible for communicating process changes in how the service is provided
Ensures people who play a role in the process of providing the service know what that role is and have the required knowledge and competency to provide that service
Coordinate all process activities for the service
Work with service owner to ensure smooth running services
Monitor and report on process performance
Responsible for process improvement
